Photovoltaics can serve as a building component; at SYSTAIC it can even serve as a finished building system: our energy roof is not an individual component, but a roof solution which is delivered complete and ready to be assembled. This solution fully replaces the conventional roof covering, is planned, customized and always designed to match your building. Whether in new constructions or roof refurbishments, traditional architecture style or modern low-energy constructions, the energy roof of SYSTAIC fits on every roof and increases the value of your property in two aspects. The energy units for the electricity generation are produced by SYSTAIC itself. All additional components, such as edging elements and roof sealing are supplied pre-assembled at the construction site. They are subject to strict quality requirements, thereby insuring the reliability and long-term availability.

The energy unit: The energy unit is the central building block of the energy roof: measuring about 1 sq. m and with a power capacity of approx.140 Wp, the design unit is composed of continuous glass surfaces and has no dirt traps, such as outer frame or brackets. The glass edges are secured by a polyurethane adhesive.
