Ad-hoc Announcement: SYSTAIC successfully completes placement of cash capital increase
systaic AG, Düsseldorf, has successfully completed a cash capital increase with subscription rights in the amount of 2,900,381 ordinary bearer shares. The implementation of the capital increase is expected to be registered with the commercial register on 25 June 2009. With a subscription price of EUR 5.00 per share and a placement price of EUR 5.10 per share, gross proceeds amount to more than EUR 14.7 million. The funds raised by the capital increase will enable the company to adapt its credit lines to the growing business volume, amongst other things.
The newly issued shares carry full dividend rights as from 1 January 2009. The new shares are expected to be included in the existing listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and trade under the international identification number ISIN DE000A0JKYP6. The capital increase was accompanied by Silvia Quandt & Cie. AG as lead manager.
