Change in the Executive Board

Mr. Hans-Jörg Hölzenbein will leave the solar technology company systaic AG as of 30 September 2009. A Member of the Executive Board since April 2008, his particular area of responsibility comprised the international markets. His scope of duties together with the relevant marketing activities will be the responsibility of Mr. Michael Pack, Chairman of the Executive Board, with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board wish to take this opportunity thank Mr. Hölzenbein for his work in the past and to extend their best wishes for his personal and professional future.
